Garden Club - October 2018

On Monday October 15th, 47 members of the Greater Ambers Garden Club visited Yellowwoods Country Homestead, situated a couple of kilometres from the Balgowan turnoff on the N3.

We were warmly greeted by our hosts, Meryn and John Turner, with Meryn, a bubbly personality, enthusing about her passion for the garden and the 1880 stone house which has been lovingly restored.

Bird Walks

The variety and number of birds that we see is amazing, and Deryck Day always gives us the latest news in his Bird Chatter article.
